Details:

Suggesting a player adds them or another player with the offer of receiving 'free NX'.
Giving a player a number to call or a code to use which will credit their account with free NX.
Offering free NX.

Details:
Using any cheating program in game to enhance normal players abilities, game options or his playing style in the way not intended by game designers.

Details:
Option of cheating program most abusive to other players, cheating person is killing all other players from enemy team (or sometime from his own team) over and over from the moment they respawn while he is standing in one place of the map or while he is moving. Players that are killed are on other parts of the map and can’t be reached in such short time or from that place. OPK cheaters often do all headshot kills with knife but it can be done with any weapon or on any part of the body.

Abuse / Harassment :
Details:
Abuse or harassment is inappropriate use of language to insult or hurt other person by writing curse words or normal words in insulting way to other person. It can be also done by making threats to other person or using words in any inappropriate conduct. Curse/insulting words can be written by synonyms, abbreviations or mistyped letters.In extreme cases punishment can be longer then described in "punishment part" or skip few steps in that order.
Proofs needed for report:
Screenshot(s) made in game, lobby , channel or in-game messenger chat. Players cant be 2 times chat banned for same proof(s), player can be only once punished for it. Reporters that try to report player with same proofs over and over to increase his number of reports or chat bans will be punished and banned.

To report a player for this you need proofs that are made in CA game or on Nexon forum because proofs that are made on any other place on the internet can be fakes, only proofs made in Nexon controlled area can be checked and it can be confirmed that they are not fake.

Details:
Aimbotting is usage of a 3rd party software that does automatic aiming for the player and with that enhances his ability to kill other players.
Proofs needed for report:
Best proof for this is video made in game with good quality so that all names can be easily read or combination of video and screenshots. Video should show impossible fast movements of aim, tracking of players with aim in unrealistic way, fast aiming from one player to another and back and other similar situations.

Details:
Game logs are based on Nexon database and complete data connected to one player, its been analyzed, filtered and later checked by human so it’s made sure that stats are made by using of some cheating program, by powerleveling or by free killing of another player.

Enhanced game logs are based on AhnLabs product HackShield or by internal Nexon game protection system. To put it in simple terms any third party software that is used for hacking ,spamming, decompiling, disassembling, emulating mouse movements or keyboard keys, enhancing aim or normal game options, exploiting game bugs, usage of macros, injectors, memory editing or any other cheating software will be detected and punished.

Details:
Specific cheating option present in many cheating programs made for CA. While body of the player in game present on one location, most common place is his base, he can move through map like invisible ghost and kill other players, from an angle of other players it looks like he is being killed across the whole map, such cheat enables cheater to kill players on one location and then he moves to another, he doesn’t kill all players on the map.

Details:
It’s an activity in which player finds and exploits map bugs to achieve something that was not intended by the game designers, reach some place outside the normal map area, hide in map objects not intended for it or reach places that he normally can’t. Such situations can happen rarely by game lag or some places are not dangerous to be used, it will be judgement of person checking the report that will decide is certain place bannable or not.

Details:
Specific option of some cheating programs changing players normal gravity to enable him to levitate and fly through map. Details:

Details:
Using of megaphone in abusive way to other players, Nexon officials or Nexon

These bans will be done mostly by megaphone logs but they are still not perfect,
if you see that some player is abusing over megaphone and he is not banned in 2 days,
then logs missed him and you should report.
Proofs needed,screenshot(s) or video.
Punishment:
15 days game ban + counts as another abuse report processed
(in case of repeated offense or more serious insults punishment can be higher)

Details:
Using of whisper or messenger to continue abuse and harassment of other players, while under a chat ban.

Details:
Holding locked fireteam room by a single player and blocking other players from playing fireteam match. Time limit for holding a fireteam room is 30 minutes and GM will enter your room, record your name and check again in 15-30 minutes, if you are still blocking the room you will be issued temp game ban.

Details:
Having abusive, insulting and inappropriate clan name.

Account tracing bans
Details:
Special method used only for serious cheaters or scammers, when certain cheater is traced and trace result shows multiple cheating or scamming accounts connected to him and his PC all accounts connected to that PC get bans no matter If they are not used for cheating. Tracing is not done by IP but by tracing of certain PC and all CA accounts used on it.

No reports needed for this, everything is handled by FMs, GMs and Nexon
